Has been a partner in Hall Needham since 1974. He was previously a partner in the firm of Heywood & Ogden before Heywood & Ogden and a firm from Sheffield amalgamated and formed Hall Needham Associates.

His experience is both extensive and varied, ranging from 100,000 sq. ft. factories to very large DIY stores, doctors surgeries to work on major hospitals, small offices to multi-occupancy office developments, and from small house extensions to new build large housing sites.

He has been involved in expert witness work for approximately 10 years. His experience is in pure building construction and practices.
